The project involved the conversion of an empty office space in Central London into 7 residential flats and a house with a basement. The project was divided into two stages: a. substructure and superstructure and b. first /second fix and finishes, both carried out by the same contractor. We managed the project from start to completion, administered the building contract and acted as principal designer.
