The project involved the conversion of two adjacent office buildings in Central London, opposite the British Museum, into 8 residential flats and a coffee shop at ground floor and basement. The project was carried out by two different contractors and involved major challenges due to its central location. We managed the project from start to completion, administered the building contract and acted as principal designer.
