What We Do

At KZ Construction Consultancy Ltd.  (KZCC Ltd.)  we oversee residential construction projects from before actual construction begins on site until the full completion of the project. We ensure projects progress smoothly and efficiently, to the full satisfaction of our clients. Our role is generally divided into two important parts:

On site: carry out frequent periodic site inspections in which we scrutinise the work done by the contractor, ensure it conforms to the various design packages and assist the contractor with any site issue they encounter.

Off site: liaise with the different designers and consultants (architect, structural engineer, acoustic consultant, M&E consultant etc.), Party wall surveyor, Building Control and others to ensure all the administrative and design issues concerning the project are addressed promptly and efficiently. We also assist with liaison with suppliers and procurement of building products, as necessary.

Managing a residential construction project involves strict time keeping and plenty of chasing to make sure the project progresses smoothly and deadlines are met. This is what we do best at  KZCC Ltd.

In addition, we see great importance in being constantly available. We can be easily contacted by phone and email and also make use of applications like WhatsApp. If we miss a phone call we will always aim to call back on the same day and we reply promptly to emails.

In summary,  KZCC Ltd. offers a one stop shop service, accompanying residential construction projects from start to finish.
